Pricing questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Your AI workflows will pause until your next billing cycle or until you purchase a credit pack. All other features (invoicing, time tracking, etc.) continue working normally.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits refresh at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you need more credits during a cycle, you can purchase credit packs.
Is there a yearly discount?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. When it’s available, it’ll be listed here.
Can I buy additional AI credits?
Yes. Credit packs are available from your account settings. They’re added to your current balance immediately.
